The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay at all times. The electric shutters provide privacy and extra comfort.

In addition, there is access to a reserved underground parking space in a secured car park. The car is always kept cool and safe. There is also a storage room in the garage.
