Arrival and key management
Check-in: from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. (later is possible in consultation with the keyholder, a surcharge may apply)
Check-out: before 10 a.m. and/or in consultation with the keyholder
Upon arrival and departure, the Belgian keyholder team in Spain provides guidance in the apartment. They are also the point of contact during the stay.
