Booking and payment

• Rate: Prices are calculated per night. 

• Arrival and departure are possible on any day of the week.

• Deposit: A security deposit of €300 is required, payable in advance. This will be refunded within 2 weeks after inspection by the key holder, provided no damage or additional costs have been identified.

• Final cleaning: €135

• Down payment and balance: When booking, a down payment of 30% + deposit is required. The remaining amount must be paid in full no later than 8 weeks before arrival in order to confirm the reservation.

• Bed linen, towels and beach towels: included

• Utilities: Rates include water and electricity up to 80 kWh per week. For higher consumption, a surcharge of €0.45 per additional kWh will be charged, which will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation

By tenant:

• Up to 6 weeks before arrival: 30% of the total rental amount is due.

• Between 6 and 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total rental amount is due.

• Within 2 weeks before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total rental amount is due.

• It is recommended to take out a cancellation or travel insurance policy.

By landlord: 

• In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, double booking, sale of the property), the rent already paid will be fully refunded.
• Costs of booked services (airline tickets, car rental) will not be reimbursed.

Liability and use

• Stay is at guests’ own risk. No liability is accepted for damage, theft or injury.

• Damage to property exceeding the deposit must be reimbursed within 7 days. Any damage should be reported immediately with photos.

• Guests are requested to treat the apartment with respect. Additional cleaning may result in extra charges.
